Sellers are responsible for initiating the disclosure process. This includes:
• Making a formal request or introduction to their attorney with board@brooksideestates.org, who will then contact the HOA’s registered agent
• Ensure they have paid their annual assessments along with any other dues outstanding
• Coordinating with their agent and attorney to facilitate timely communication with the HOA
We appreciate your interest in Brookside Estates! However:
• All inquiries regarding HOA documents or disclosures must be handled through your attorney
• Your attorney will work with the seller’s agent to obtain any information not publicly available on this website
• The HOA does not provide direct disclosures or documentation to buyers.
Attorneys representing either party should:
• Request disclosures only after the seller has made an introduction to the HOA’s registered agent
• Ensure that requests are made in accordance with HOA procedures and initiated by the seller
