Welcome to Brookside Estates, a neighborhood of 74 single-family homes located in unincorporated Gurnee, Illinois.

This website is maintained by the Brookside Estates Homeowners Association Board of Directors to provide helpful information to homeowners and residents, and to offer another way for neighbors to stay informed and communicate with the Board.

Here, you’ll find neighborhood resources including governing documents, forms, meeting information, frequently asked questions, and contact information for both the Board and the property management company. You’ll also find updates and useful information about the surrounding community.

Meetings are held via Microsoft Teams teleconference from the clubhouse. Homeowners are welcome and encouraged to join us in person at the clubhouse or call in (with or without video). Meeting links can be found in the 'Homeowner Info' section under 'Members Only' found here.
