These are the documents, established by the builder, that guide the Board of Directors for the Brookside Estates Homeowner’s Association. Each homeowner should have been provided a copy upon the closing of their home by the builder or the prior owner. If you require another copy, they can be obtained from the Lake County Recorder’s Office, for a fee, or refer to these online copies.
